ATLANTIC SALMON

In terms of nutritional value, farmed salmon is a good product. It is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids and the fat-soluble vitamins A and D. In addition, salmon has high levels of the water soluble vitamines B12 and pyridoxine. Salmon has a favourable relationship between potassium and sodium.
